En Route Movement is pleased to offer skilled and intuitive bodywork that will enhance your current physical practice and inform your senses.  It’s the only body you’ve got, treat it like you want to feel.

In honor of that body temple of yours, all sessions are holistically focused and custom tailored to your current needs and goals, which means that no two sessions will be alike! We use organic oils and aromatherapy as well as hydrotherapy to help soothe your muscles and quiet your mind.

We offer:

• Customized Massage $60 (1 hr) $80 (1 ½ hr). This relaxing massage will soothe the body, mind and spirit. Based on Swedish techniques, this full body massage incorporates a custom blend of essential oils; helps soothe and relax muscles, and increase circulation while inducing a feeling of overall well-being.
