Tina Nardi

An East Coast girl who turned West in search of big mountains and soft snow. Tina has been a physical yoga practitioner for almost a decade, but knows that yoga has been with her since the beginning. As a young athlete, yoga came and changed the way she looked at preparing and strengthening the body during and out of competition seasons. Later, learning how yogic breathing can affect mental states, yoga became a large part of her life. In 2009 Tina completed a 600 hour training with D'ana Baptiste. Inspired throughout the training, her experiences aided in the discovery of her authentic self and teaching style. Mitchel Bleier has been a huge light of knowledge with his interpretation of Anusara, a style that intrigues and parallels Tina's practice.

Tina brings the inspiration and lessons learned from her mat to each and every class, which incorporate both inner and outer strength and stability, inviting you to explore the mind, body and soul. Tina is passionate about working with anyone who has a love for life, a dedication to overcoming anything, and who just wants to have fun. She loves interacting with people and is thankful to learn from everyone she comes in contact with.
